How do you know this?  Just RKT plastic will do that?  We really do not know how much plastic they have locked up for the N.F. facility.  People seem to be assuming that there will be enough to keep three processors going full out 24/7 with scheduled maintenance.  But who really knows for sure how much plastic is immediately available?

How are you able to make such a definitive statement?
