The cream can be a prescription item in Germany with far less testing than what the FDA demands. The same cream can be sold in legal MMJ states at the same time. We don't have the funds to go thru Phase II and III testing. Where do you propose these funds come from? The tests cost millions. Australia is another potential market. Why did we pursue an innovation patent if we didn't intend to use it?
