Yeah lying to the FBI IS a 'process crime' for good reason. It's obstruction pure and simple and serious.
And conspiracy against the U.S. is hardly a 'process charge'. Nor is money laundering, nor is meeting with the Russians and lying about it AND participating in the writing of a letter to mischaracterize the meeting.
