Based upon the 3rd quarter 2017 financials, Anying Huang converted shares from the note he purchased from Steven Stein, the previous owner as follows.
3/8/2017 78,000,000
5/25/2017 12,500,000
8/8/2017 36,500,000
He hadn't sold any by the end of the 3rd quarter since was still listed as a principle shareholder. Sure sounds like he was in a hurry to sell them right away. As far as Bradley Fidler, Roger's son, he received his on 8/14/2017 and was still listed as a principle shareholder. Again, he didn't appear to be in a hurry to sell his shares.
