Based upon your logic, he is going to RS his financial adviser and right hand man, who owns around 140 million common shares and his US lawyer, who owns around 7 million common shares. IMHO, not a very good way to keep a good friend and his right hand man and his lawyer, who could spell disaster for his US entry into NASDAQ.
