NVC funds has to respond to the negative press. If they are legit, this is very damaging to their reputation and requires swift action towards the SEC. Their attorneys should respond with a threat to sue them if they don't retract their accusations and slander. That will also put them in a very embarrassing predicament and will have reinstate trading for PDXP with a formal apology.
This kind of shit happens all to often with small companys but they don't have the $$$ to fight them. So SEC looks like the hero when they really aren't.

As for Liehole and the likes they will follow in kind. It's time justice be served as a cold dish.
