Wall Street will know soon enough. The push to become fully reporting is merger related. The newly formed company no doubt will be NASDAQ bound.
Fred has kept $ITKH clean and controversy free over the years. This will result in a huge payoff as a much larger company acquires $ITKH and walks this onto the NASDAQ. Fred will walk away a multi-millionaire from the transaction.
Shareholders have done well over the years and it appears we will be going on yet another great ride. Don't sell yourself short and let go of your shares yet, we are heading to penny land.
BTW: We won't be seeing .002's again. Sorry Charlie.
