My brother-in-law works for Oracle and said they are unbelievably particular who they even take meetings with. For us to have a binding, 90 / 10 split, renewing contract with them is “money in the bank”. The DD they do on any possible affiliation with with Oracle interactions is extremely extensive and obviously way beyond our individual capacity to dig deep into the “total” company. They obviously passed the DD scrutiny with flying colors !
