They will not raise dilutive stock funding, (oh yeah for those that say SP does not matter). NNLX needs a grant and assets sales to fund growth and development. So, basically we wait to hopefully win a grant, or hopefully find a buyer of some intellectual property. So why not get some loans and payoff with proceeds from grant, asset sales, aand/or cash flow from current operations.
