How far are we from settlements? Three months, six months, one year?
Not even Mr. Mark Kay knows. He's speculating and being safe by saying a year or more. I'll speculate and say that all investors and penny traders involved with Strikeforce should pay very close attention to the litigation/appeal events. If the COMBINED team of Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray provide a scathing AND irrefutable response to the early motion to dismiss based on the Alice 35/101 in the next month or so, SecureAuth's team will be forced to find another means of defense. Does the panel of judges have the authority to rule on the appeal at that point, which is just a few months away? Hmmmm
