I agree with Maronti1's response! Although SA and/or SFOR were not the parties involved in the 3 case rulings against the Alice101 issue, the cases are establishing precedence which can/presumably will be used in our brief submitted to the appeals court, as we seek reversal of the errant California ruling which touted the Alice101 issue as a factor in the ruling in favor of SA.

So yes, the recent rulings against the Alice101 issue are very relative to our case with SA, as as the remaining lawsuits which are pending, awaiting a ruling in our appeal! These recent rulings give the appeals court sound reason to vacate/reverse the California ruling, and thus the excitement around them!
