I think that parents should be held responsible for their kids actions.That said,DHHS needs to be restricted from parents lives because kids will scream "abuse" when parents get involved.Can't have it both ways.
Any kid living with parents who wants to buy a firearm should be required to submit parents names and parents should be contacted to ask if it's OK for their kid to buy guns or ammo before the sale is completed.
If the "child" is over age 21 and living in his/her parents house,,same applies.Homeowner is responsible for those living in the home.
Just keep "Human Services" out of it.
