Love it! I think our remaining defendants realize they have little, if any hope left to prevail in the pending lawsuits! They should just send us a blank check and beg for mercy! LOL! I also truly believe that these 3 recent rulings against Alice101 will result in our brief being reviewed, and the appeals court will realize it would be a waste of the court's time and resources to hear the case, thus ruling for a reversal of the California errant ruling, and finding in favor of Strikeforce, so that SA can put to good use some of those monies they got from their buyout offer, by writing us a nice big/fat check!! Time to pay up! With that decision, let it be known to all remaining and future infringing defendants, that they need to bring their checkbooks to court!
