Rumor has it that $UNVC is soon to become current with audited financials --- this is a big deal. However, it is also rumored that AgriMed might reverse merger with $UNVC as a faster way of becoming a publicly traded company. AgriMed has stated that they wish to distribute nation wide, and would like to go international. A reverse merger with $UNVC would be the fastest and least expensive way of accomplishing this goal.
