I believe volume will drop down and stock will get quiet before news is released. Glad to see volume dropping today. I want to start seeing those after hour T trades disappear as well. Outside of the December 1st news of them getting a Construction contract delivered to them. There has been no news for almost 5 months. I think once the news silence is lifted we will get multiple PR's. We need to start collecting on orders so this dilution comes to an end. Or at least dilute into a much higher PPS.
