Wow there sure were a bunch of small trades to drop the price over the first half hour of trading. If your flipping or taking profits, there is nothing wrong with that. Trying to trigger the sky is falling emotion with small trades is just the OTC game.

The price has already bounced back and good volume will resume its uptick.

So many catalysts. Just not a good time to play musical shares.
