New CEO, Ryan Fishoff stated when took over that his growth strategy involved acquisitions. Since becoming CEO in Sept, Fishoff closed GENTS, www.gentsco.com deal which $HIPH's new subsidiary. GENTS added significant revenue and products sold in Nordstrom, Saks and Bloomingdales. Also per yesterdays press release a #CBD mens skin care line to be added via GENTS subsidiary. $HIPH currently has the only hydrogen infused #CBD product in market, LALPINA HYDROGEN CBD water. Hydrogen allows for greater and quicker absorption of #CBD.
