This company may have been replaced by Colorado Hemp Co., but not sure. I haven't found it yet, so it may have been dissolved. Seeberger may have stepped in and snagged it as part of an arrangement with Tom Shuman after he was terminated. Shuman had also agreed to return 30 million shares to the treasury as part of that settlement.
