as of the 11-27-17 NNLX update, the application was being finalized -the application process takes ca 90 days as per below- the review process can take UP TO 6 months,and the award process 30 days, all from the following cite below
assuming the application process is completed in Jan, review can take up to June-July- I'm putting this out bc naysayers will always give an impracticable timetable -and if said impracticable timetable is not met, naysayers will say the sky is falling- in fact they often say so essentially immediately.
somebody has already said a new round starts in March, implying that if NNLX does not receive an award by then that it has failed to receive an award-that thinking process is contrary to the info given here and the update timing
