I'm not sure that people realize that this is a pre-ICO. Crowd sale doesn't even start until Day 32 through day 60. As you said, no USA participation cuts out millions and millions. I'm wondering if the 4% token sale and 300K advisory fee is for Galleon Quest only or Nuvus as well?
