not a breakthrough - QD and Fullerene Buckyballs were hooked up years ago-

IMO, QMC Solterra QDSC will use tetrapod QD which already have excellent electron transport due to shape. The problem with adding a layer of fullerene is that it is another layer of complication. Ideal construction would be one pass of the inkjet or surface deposition printing and then seal the cell.
