Excellent analogy heartbreakhitman65! Indeed I think that Secure Auth was more concerned about conveying a victory in their lawsuit, as they courted buyout offers. I'm sure they realize that they will lose as a result of our appeal, but the buyout went forward, and that is all that mattered to them!
