$SGSIF while it is sub penny now, it is now a massive new revenue monster that is penny land bound, Float is under 140 Mil shares!!!
Ex director of $ICLD is now the CEO/director of SGSIF and he is buying up the cream of the crop companies at fire sale prices from $ICLD with no cash up front and a long term note, just as these firms are about to see their revenue explode!!
Why would he buy AWS and the new one they just announced plans to buy, if they were junk firms from ICLD???? He would not, is the answer, as a director the last 3 years of ICLD he would know which gems to buy from ICLD, and what junk not to buy from ICLD as it tries to pay off its debt by selling assets to recover and avoid BK.
