100,000,000 more dilution was the surprise news 2 days ago. Many thought that they were done with the last OTC SS update no so. Seems like VNDM is still wanting to sell on the ask. Like KaChing says, end of March we should be done with dilution. This last little update by Snorkin has us a little taken back imo.
