It's called "painting." Shorts throw out handfuls of shares in a "weak" attempt to drop the PPS, and scare people into selling. In grey sheets, the last trade is the PPS regardless of how small. And that .004 was itty bitty. Desperation, plain and simple.

The demand is clearly in favor of a higher PPS. Lots of longs camped out to catch the crumbs. Our time will come.
