Think Baidu. 7000 something shareholders reduced to 200 something because they couldn't read between the lines... SAD!!! Interestingly enough there are 200 shareholders holding over half the float somewhere... hmmmm. OH but guess what... those 200 Baidu people are in the millionaires' club now.
