Hey Joma........
The APO idea has been bantered around for a while. Alternate Public Offering is a way to go public with a huge financial backer (PIPE). If they come out with 4 qt and annuals worth 20 billion and have the backer....they open the next day at 30.00 a share as example. We are now in the quiet period before s-1 or form 10 is filed. We will just have to see if it happens. It is hard to tell up from down right now with all the BS over on liehub....it is so bad.....I am walking away from it totally. So...thats what it about FYI
