My take on this is that new investors are wary of coming in, company's been quiet, things they said would happen have slipped, so until Management comes forward first with some meaty news, we'll have more of the same.

I think all this price movement is nothing new, but everything we've seen thus far, however, I hope the price will at least cross 0.50 and stay there for once the closer we are to the conference and then we'll know if we're going north or south.
