That S-1 was a big deal. It wasn’t just the money going into it, it was the whole IPO for the Pecos Refining company LLC. It is also a major step imo.
Not much left. As they stated themselves in the letter, EPC contract to be signed, offtake and supply agreements to be signed and then financing finalized.
