The SEC does not make "deals" like that. I have never seen a case where they have. Treaty will be revoked when the SEC case gets resolved. Treaty is mot done yet, the settlement was for non-monetary issues only.
How can someone that doesn’t even work for SEC make a statement like this. This an assertion at best or may be a desperate attempt to save his illegal naked short position.
