Smart meters and California "wild fired"fires. This might be wrong and hard to prove at best, but a friend of mine from California and she is a credible source, retired CEO of a listed NASDAQ company. She says all the houses that burned had "smart meters". Says this would enable DEW to zero in on targets from planes above. My thought is that in those developments I could guess that maybe all homes had them anyway?
