Where did exactly that RS new cusip number come from. In my reading I recall
S Harbor and some other dud that started the fake news. Scared the crap out of about 5 M shares. That crap should end immediately.......confront the posters for fraudulent info????????? Cost a LOT of people a LOT of $ today on some crooked rumor.
