I just checked with my CPA-Auditor pals here in NJ, and I am told that we only need two concurrent years to be SEC compliant !!!

This is huge, and I can already sense the sphincters of TD and all the other pussy's tightening. Won't it be fun to watch them be forced to pay back all the stolen TECO shareholders money thru the short squeeze bend over method, and in doing so, run the PPS up so I can make a killing ...
