Not exactly. AMBS and Avant signed a term sheet on December 22, 2017 for the return of the diagnostic assets in exchange for the cancellation of debt, the assumption of some liabilities by AMBS and 1 million shares of AMBS.

There are no definitive agreements. Just a term sheet.
