Very few institutions can invest in penny stocks, even fewer when it's a cannabis stock. I was speaking with a professional investment adviser who's a friend about the cannabis stocks I'm in, his regret is that he's not permitted to advise clients about investing in cannabis based stocks because of the Federal status of cannabis. I don't know if this is true for all licensed brokers, or strictly for where he works, but again it all would change if the Feds legalized cannabis, and a lot of money would be flowing in.

Many Institutions won't invest until a stock is above $4 or $5, we would become even more desirable at that point if we moved to the Nasdaq. While it's impossible to say when this might happen, the point is that when it does, the influx of investors could rapidly double the stock price, or more, as the Institutions take a majority position in the company.
