There is no new VALID & ACTIVE number---the current CUSIP is 466102100 and the one on HOLD (key word there)--- is 466102209----
The CUSIP CORP says it is for a R/S---that is on HOLD.
Perhaps the company has it all approved and on hold until the Financials are out and that information will off set the bad taste of the RS and we go forth and uplist after the RS---
There was nothing said about a name change---just the RS was all the info they had---
