"Recently SEC suspended several companies who ventured into BlockChain and Cryptocurrency markets. Here, we are working with our attorneys and other consultants to ensure that everything we are doing meets compliance with all the regulatory agencies. We believe that its a great opportunity, but we have to be measured and careful because its so new and uncharted territory that if you ask ten attorneys, they will give you ten different answers. The software development continues parallel to our developing a path that is SEC compliant.
I will continue to assist and help with the filings as well as developing a path to be in full compliance with SEC and other agencies for this new "cryptocurrency" markets."
