The Common Stock AS reported in link below is identical to OTC Markets.

What is attractive about $PDXP ?

- ungaged TA
- no dilution, ZERO OS increase
- debt paid off as per PR
- no notes due for quite some time
- low share structure
- AS increase is for restricted preferred shares
- chart is ready for parabolic move

350 mil in assets

short volume at all time highs & a net asset value of .66 with 543 mil O/S

Dilution is not possible without the OS increasing simply because the OS equals the float as per last OTC Markets update

And OS has not changed for weeks as per daily emails from the Ungagged TA.

Research regarding Trust Certificates would give insight on what exactly is being done...swapped...and intended, as well as tangible use. Trust Certs are the PrivCos "stock" or maybe more bondlike. They can not be sold, but rather used to collateralize. They most likely cannot be used in the traditional banking realm, but with other mezz and stockfunders.
