EXIM loan 10million and 80million applied by TPAC? Did Bill respond to these statements by IR James? Now after all the damage Bill says those words not from him are not legit. Where was Bill then? Was he a coward or going along with the scam? He never mentioned any reason and what his links were with James or if there was really a James?
