I think it's safe to say many of us are hoping for some updates this next week.
I really think Dr. Hirsch has the track record to prove he's very competent on how all this works and I don't imagine they are attending a conference WITHOUT trying to bring in Private Placement investors.
I just hope they have some updates prior to said conference then so the share price is higher overall and thus the private placement being at a discount will still be higher than, say, Monday's open.
At this rate, without good updates/news... Expect the O/S to increase to closer to 150M after the Private Placement. Which still isn't bad, of course.
