Not that I have any more knowledge than anyone else, but I distinctly remember my broker, TDA telling me several times, while awaiting the FINRA approval for a name change, that DOLV was undergoing ' a RS with a 1:1 ratio, no ffective date yet announced...' Just, For What It's Worth...
