when i had my 4 kids at home if the ins. co. had made me an offer that if i installed a blocking app on the vehicles assigned to my kids that i would get say as little as 75$ off of each policy/ yr. i would have paid the $200 per vehicle, especially if that app had a gps tracker and a "tattle tell" message. jmo
