Once I got USCG Admiral Zukunft's CIO's business manager's reply (in Mark Kay's file & as you'll recall posted on IHub before mailing) that he was up-channelling the MT info to: the USCG Cyber Office, US Cyber Command and the wider Cyber Communiy (read DISA) for evaluation I was a happy man. I knew then, SFOR IP would at least get a chance at bat. Looks like Mark Kay hit a home run for our team!
