A word to the wise: Management is gladly accepting stock in place of cash for services rendered for many reasons. They know what is coming, the tax benefits are huge, Money is spent and stock value grows. I see management as a model to follow. We don't know the details of what is coming but we are smart enough to follow the leaders.
