How do you prove you are using bSafe? Even if you show a receipt where you purchased the unit and App, how do you prove you use it every time you drive?

IMO they can give a discount, but then they would have the right to deny any coverage in the event of an accident when/where you happened to be using your phone.

No accident = no problem
Accident with no proof of electronic device use = no problem
Accident with proof of electronic device use = No coverage = Big Problem

IMO it will have to come from Laws and Fines; exactly like seat belt laws.

Insurance companies will not sell the product. They could support the product and offer discounts on the cost of the product, but I can not see insurance companies buying the product from Cogosense.
