That would be a material event. Within three days of signing we would receive something like:
"Big Pharma Pfizus has signed a partnership deal with IPIX for the development of Prurisol. Terms include $50M upfront, $500M in milestones and double-digit tiered royalties on future sales."
The real PR will be more flowery and may discuss more things but that's the gist. There would be little reason to keep a deal under wraps for future negotiations - higher stock price, validation and cash on hand greatly strengthen our corner.
