Leo CEO of IPIX has stated numerous times over the last 3 years there will be BE NO R/S. As it is NOT NEEDED , UNWANTED and would SERVE NO PURPOSE. Only SHORTERS would gain from such a move. That is why they would want one or at least the idea of one being kept alive. SORRY - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
