I agree that the insurance companies could offer discounts if you maintain a distracted driving app for your phone. AND I think ONCI can work with insurance companies to offer discounts on the cost of the bSafeMobile App. But what would the consequences be when you have received the discount then go out and have an accident because you were texting?
That is where the insurance companies could put teeth into the policy language. Coverage denied? Policy cancelled?

In my opinion only, it will be the laws which will end up being the #1 driver to end Distracted Driving. Just as it worked for the seat belt laws.
