66million verified outstanding shares. Newly acquired subsidiary GENTS, www.gentsco.com added significant revenue and sold in Bloomingdale's, Saks and Nordstrom. New CEO, Mr. Fishoff is Star that began career on Wall St doing M&A deals. Hes stated that he has another M&A deal in works for $HIPH to close potentially in Q2 or sooner. A bargain currently in my opinion. Wont be shocked to see $HIPH at 25cents a share in near future.
