TPAC did not enough income to reconstruct with 4B shares and now with 8B? Reconstruction should have started with gradually reducing shares not by drastically increasing them! Looks like someone used the term "reconstruction" to gain more from investors. It will be maximised in 3 years time. Don't be fooled.
